eMaint X4 Work Order Generation from Alarms in Fluke Connect™
Get ahead of potential equipment problems and avoid downtime. An enhancement has been made adding the ability to allow work orders to be generated in eMaint X4 when matching assets in Fluke Connect Condition Monitoring software have an alarm exception triggered.
RESTful API Updates
eMaint X4 now has more RESTful (Representational State Transfer) API calls to allow additional functionality to occur. These options include:
- Inventory adjustments
- Purchase order receipts
- Approve requests
- Reject requests
Purchase Order Packing Slip Validation
When applying packing slip numbers to a purchase order receipt, if the number being chosen is not empty and equal to another receipt packing slip number, users will get a warning message that the packing slip number has already been used. The user will have the option to save or cancel their transaction.
MX Mobile Add Options for Add Parts/Labor
When viewing an asset record in MX Mobile, users now have the ability to do a direct part or labor charge for that asset.
View All Work Orders for Request Users
A new administrative option has been added to allow eMaint X4 request users to view all work orders in the system instead of just the work orders created from that users requests. This option can be turned on from Account Settings > Requester Settings.
